Shipping Policy
At The Fluff Crew, we’re all about getting your order to you safely and efficiently. We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia and internationally, with free shipping perks and full support if anything goes wrong.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
Note: Choosing express shipping does not speed up order processing.
Free Shipping: Orders over $90 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Order Processing Times
We offer next day dispatch for all orders placed before 9pm AEST (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 9pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
During peak periods or sale events, please allow a little extra time for order processing.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will offer you either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, including shipping.
Please contact us at contact@thefluffcrew.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant details (e.g. photos of damaged items).
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
Email us at contact@thefluffcrew.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
Incorrect Address Returns
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
International Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping: $20 AUD
Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days depending on your location and customs.
Free Shipping: Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free international shipping.
International Orders & Customs
The Fluff Crew is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are also not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
