Q: How do I know what size to order?
We recommend measuring your pup’s neck and chest and checking our handy size chart on each product page. In-between sizes? We usually suggest sizing up for maximum fluff-comfort!
Q: Do you offer sizes for small and large dogs?
Yep! Our harnesses come in sizes XXS to XXL so whether your dog is fun-sized or full-on floof, we’ve got you covered.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
We ship from Sydney, NSW. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary, but you’ll get tracking as soon as your order is on the way!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

We can’t guarantee edits once it’s been packed, but we’ll do our best!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean, hair-free, and in original packaging. (No rolling in mud first, sorry pups!)

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
Totally! Just contact us and we’ll help you swap it for the right fit. Return shipping costs apply, as well as any difference in price.
Q: What if my parcel arrives damaged or something’s not right?

within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue.
